I ordered this 360 late evening on the 5th and received it on the 8th. I LOVE IT. It says it's pre-plucked but not enough so I plucked out some more. I dyed it with no problem. It took color excellent. The hair is soft with no smell. I will be order again soon..out and the vendor communicated with me every step of the way.
